If so it's time to change that, because the right fats are what your body needs to heal: they are transporters of important fat-soluble vitamins, your body can't absorb other vitamins well without them, your body won't survive with a good amount of them and, well, it's a myth that they make you fat. I'm not talking about fried food, factory farmed meat, or loading up on lots of butter while also loading up on lots of sugar and starches. Rather, I'm talking about good fats as incorporated into a good diet.
